Establishing Efficient Food Security System

Pay a certain price in order to ensure food security is necessary, but too much emphasis on food self-sufficiency and excess reserves is clearly detrimental to the efficiency of resource allocation and financial efficiency. So it is necessary to establish an efficient food security system. In China, the establishment of an effective food safety system is necessary and feasible. However, we should determine the rate of food self-sufficiency and food reserves reasonably, utilize the international grain market timely and appropriately,increase capacity of food production, deepen the reform of the grain circulation system and improve the grain market system.
