摘要
Job crafting represents the actions by which people change relational, physical a cognitive boundaries to feel better at work. Based on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, the study aimed to verify the existence of links between job resources, job demands, work engagement and burnout. Proactive handling of job resources and job demands to find a balance between them refers to the concept of job crafting. The sample consisted of 178 employed respondents aged 20 to 58. We have found a statistically significant positive link between job resources and work engagement, as well as between job demands and work engagement. The supposed negative relationship between job resources and burnout has not been confirmed. The group of managers achieved a significantly higher score at the level of Job crafting compared to non-managers.
