摘要：

In this paper, the necessity of applying Database Access Agent technology in Customer Relation Management (CRM) is discussed and the architecture of the Database Access Agent is analyzed and constructed. The functions and structures of the Agent Network communication module, the Server Agent module and the Client Agent module are put forward. Further more, the steps of developing application systems are discussed. The architecture can efficiently solve the problems of Information Security and Database Flux Control of CRM systems based on B/S mode, and provide a new toot to improve the present CRM system.
