摘要：
An efficient one pot and practical methodology for the synthesis of substituted-1,6-naphthyridines (6) is described starting from condensation of 4-aminonicotinaldehyde (4) with acetophenones (5) under solution phase and also in solvent free conditions by simple physical grinding using mortar and pestle.
