摘要
This paper highlights the pyroelectric properties of a complex tungsten bonze ceramics which was prepared by high temperature mixed oxide method. Variation of dielectric parameters with frequency (1 kHz-5 MHz) over a range of temperature throws light on the dielectric response of the compound. The material has high pyroelectric coefficient and figure of merit making it suitable to be used in pyroelectric sensors. The ac conductivity variation with temperature clearly exhibits that the material has thermally activated transport properties of Arrhenius-type.
