KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND LEARNING ORGANIZATION

Specific changes in the new economy require remission to organizational structures, looking for a stable model in an environment characterized by rapid change. Knowledge management is an appropriate response to these changes, such as culture is allowing its plenary manifestation is characterized by a sharing of knowledge. Implementation of such a culture, which must separate the knowledge from power, is difficult. Learning organization is a concept that seems to answer to that type of culture. This article seeks to answer questions improving knowledge in organizational management, to present the latest accumulation of the concept of "learning organization" and how it can improve knowledge.
