Entanglement generation by the mixing property in a quantum non-linear system

摘要
To study the quantum dynamics in non-linear systems with redundant degrees of freedom that are unnecessary to cause classical chaos, we describe the dynamics as the evolution of rigid volume elements in a multi-dimensional configuration space. We show that the expansion and compression of the volume elements are driven by the non-linear potential, and that the coupling with redundant degrees of freedom induces mixing in the configuration space. We reveal that the mixing property continues generating quantum entanglement. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
