摘要
Equipped with advanced wide area communication and control techniques, power system are optimally operated. Meanwhile, cyber-attacks to wide area controls could introduce disruptive impacts to power systems. In this work, a framework for assessing cyber security of wide area controlled power system is proposed. To evaluate impacts of cyber-attacks, co-simulations cyber physical power systems are adopted, which are performed in an offline test bed composed by open source power system simulators. Using modified IEEE 39-bus standard system, numeric tests show that cyber-attacks to wide area controls make performances of power systems degenerated remarkably. It is also inferred from results that common algorithm of the state estimate can't fully mitigate above impacts.
