摘要：

Supply chain is a concept emerged in the 1980s and has developed into integrated supply chain over the last two decades. Combining with the enterprise environment and the development, questionnaire approach was used to analyze the current integrated situation of supply chain from its integrated route in Jiangsu province. Then, the practical development strategies were put forward for enterprises of different scales, providing the direction of integrated supply chain for Jiangsu province and even the whole country.
