摘要
The satellite ERS-2 has been launched on April 21(st) 1995. The microwave radiometer MWR-2 is dedicated to correct the altimetric signal which is attenuated by the tropospheric humidity. This work is aimed to calibrate/validate the MWR2 products, it means the brightness temperature and the geophysical products (water vapour, liquid water content and tropospheric path delay). Comparisons have been made with other instruments in order to ensure that the performances of the MWR2 are quite consistent. The calibration is done by comparing the MWR2 products to radiosounding measurements.
