摘要：

A problem of false clutter identification is discussed. A solution to the problem is suggested by means of distinction between true clutter areas, where track generated from the clutter plots are mainly false, and the areas to be declared as non-clutter where the opposite is correct The discrimination between true and false tracks is performed using Neural Networks. Results proving feasibility of the suggested approach, are presented.
