IEEE1394-based millimeter-wave/optical fiber link by using NRD guide technology at 60GHz

摘要
Millimeter-wave/optical fiber link was demonstrated by using nonradiative dielectric waveguide (NRD guide) technology. Main emphasis is placed on the cost-effective construction of the interface between the NRD guide circuit and optical fiber. IEEE1394-based video signal with the bit rate of 100 Mb/s was successfully distributed by using them.
