摘要：
The strategies and policies developed by managers are essential to designing and substantiating business activities. The essential materialization oftheforecast, the strategies and the policies bring the development of each firm, and the effectiveness of the interface with the supersystems to which it belongs most often depend on their content. The current problem, and implicitly the objective of this paper, is what place occupy the integrated management systems in the development of the strategic management of the companies. The paper presents at an organization level how Strategic Management can be improved by implementing Integrated Management Systems.
