摘要
This paper presents a general concept of crosstalk cancelling between independent signals, transmitted in physically coupled transmission lines, by proper configuration of the input and output of the lines. It is shown that under specific conditions, the coupled signals may have nonzero current and zero voltage or vice versa. In both cases, the power of the crosstalk signal is zero. The aforementioned phenomena are explained using both electromagnetic field and circuit models of the physical structures considered. Complete setup of possible circuit configurations at the input and output of the line is provided. Simulations using a simulation program with integrated circuit emphasis and a full-wave 3-D electromagnetic simulator verify the concept.
