摘要：

Social workers in Germany employed in psychiatric rehabilitation or addiction centres usually work as therapists rather than carets. Nevertheless, unlike other professions in health care, their professional therapeutic qualification is not regulated. To achieve a clear profile of professional qualification for social work therapists a new regulation according to article 74 I of the constitution is required.
