摘要：

This paper discusses the architecture of agriculture Expert Decision System on the basis of analyzing the Expert System development tools in existence. It does research that the construction of knowledge base and knowledge representation based on knowledge and experience of agriculture expert. Also it focus on the algorithm and model of uncertain reasoning which belongs to [0,1] based on this system knowledge base and in the processing of reasoning on method of calculation of Creditability ratio improving efficiency of the running this system.
