摘要：

According to company business model of innovation features, the paper established of the comprehensive evaluation index system of enterprise business model innovation, determined the individual indicators weight of the target's system, then, gave the overall comprehensive quantitative evaluation and analysis to enterprise business model innovation by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, use the results of evaluating to judge the feasibility of the Business Model Innovation.
