摘要
In this paper, a performance study of a decentralized control strategy for a hybrid standalone power generation system (HSPGS) is presented. The HSPGS consists of a wind turbine driven variable speed permanent magnetic synchronous DC generator (PMBLDCG), solar photovoltaic system (SPS), battery storage system (BSS), diesel engine driven fixed speed synchronous generator (SG), loads, and secondary loads. To achieve high performance from all energy sources of the SHPGS, two boost converters, buck-boost converter, and three-phase inverters are controlled using increment conductance (IC) algorithm and two-level control strategy, respectively. To manage the power in the system a new control algorithm based on state flow is developed and implemented. The performance of HSPGS and its developed control strategies as well as the power management algorithm, are tested using MATLAB/Simulink under and weather conditions change.
