摘要
The paper is dedicated to the indicator based on the self-timed basis elements. The author proposes to replace the original indicator 2AND-NOT and NOT based on the logical elements by the self-timed basis analogs 2OR-2AND-NOT and 2OR-4AND-NOT. The paper objective is to study the characteristics as the result of indicator changes and compare them it with the original element. The particular attention is focused on conservation of the self-timing properties, as well as on the influence of voltage variation to the circuit operation. The proposed indicators characteristics were estimated using CAD software "Forcage" and NIMultisim; and the probability of the fault-free operation has been calculated.
