Under this background, the export of high and new-tech product in Shenyang faces enormous challenge. Benefiting from the policies about reviving northeastern old industry base of the State Council, the export of high and new-tech product in Shenyang increased rapidly, the scale was expanding constantly, which strengthened economic development and foreign trade of our city, but there are also problems, including heavy dependence on foreign business, participating in international division taking processing trade as the core, the technological added value of the products is low, and profit ability is weak.
