摘要
The reduction of power losses in Finement with small circular holes introduced by excimer laser is caused by the domain refinement or by the activation of domain walls near to surface defects. The increase of static hysteresis losses may be explained by introducing additional domain wall pinning centers. To understand the influence of these holes on the magnetization process, the bulk and surface-layer coercivity are measured and the domain structure is investigated.
