摘要
During present investigations microwave assisted Cu doped ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized. Doped ZnO nanophosphors were characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis, transmission electron microscopy, steady state photoluminescence and time resolved laser induced photoluminescence spectroscopy. Optical parameters like Einstein's spontaneous and stimulated coefficients, Trap depths, Decay constants, Oscillator Strengths, Integrated cross-section and dipole moments of ZnO nanostructures have been calculated and reported here.
