摘要
We have constructed a demonstrative compact antenna test range (CATR) and tested its performance at 650 GHz. An amplitude hologram of 0.93 meter in diameter was used as the focusing element of the CATR. The measured amplitude and phase ripples in the quiet-zone are ca. 2 dB and 15degrees, peak-to-peak. Good measurement results indicate that the hologram based CATR is applicable also for high submillimeter wave frequencies.
