摘要
Urban Rail Transit is an important method of reliving traffic congestion problems of large and medium-sized cities and at the same time brings an increase in real estate price. Based on fie relative researches from overseas and China, this paper, taking residential price around the first-stage stations of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 as the example, by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, reveals the different impacting regulations of the Zhengzhou Urban Rail Transit to the residential price along the route. Finally, this paper assesses the price increase of the buildings and obtains the quantitative data, which will be helpful reference to persons of Urban Rail Transit and the real estate business.
