摘要:
Apicultural products represent natural products important to human health and nutrition. The key to prevent food contamination in general and especially apicultural products is to establish and improve the already existing quality management programs as well as implementation of well designed security systems. Because the first means of minimizing honey contamination can be applied by beekeepers, the best preventive solution is to bring the beekeepers to the awareness of protection methods of bee products.
