摘要
A method to test beamsplitters using Michelson interferometer is proposed. The visibility of the interference fringes is used for the beam ratio calculations. The beam ratios of all the interfering beams at the detector plane can be determined using this method. (c) 2005 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.
