摘要
The immersion grating has become a very effective device in infrared spectroscopy not only to achieve high dispersion but also to achieve diffraction limit. The InP immersion grating produced by this material and excellent cutting technology is shorter in wavelength and more practical than the initial InP immersion grating and can completely cover the range covered by the Silicon immersion gating. We have already reported an InP immersion grating that can cover the full J-band in 2020(1). In this study, we have confirmed that the diffraction efficiency is over 70% in absolute efficiency even at 1.015 mu m to confirm the practicality in Y-band. Therefore. ZnSe was the only practical material in this wavelength band, but we confirmed that InP with a refractive index of 3.2 can be used.
