摘要：

In the first part of the article, using the contributions of Sloterdijk, Valery and Kant, it is proposed to elaborate an ideal of philosophy framed within the exercise. In the second part of the article, starting from the exercising conception of the philosophy elaborated in the first part, it is proposed to analyze the task of the philosophy teacher assimilating his work to that of a trainer.
