Y-doped ZrTiO4 ceramics in a low electric field:: X-ray and dielectric studies

摘要
X-ray diffraction and dielectric measurements were conducted in order to examine the electric field induced commensurate phase in Y-doped ZrTiO4 ceramics. We demonstrated commensurate phase lines of commensurate deviation factor delta(c) = 1/45 at temperature region T- < T < T+. They follow the laws (T+/- -930)(2) = alpha E with Abstract alpha = 0.80 +/- 0.04 K-2 V-1 mm (for E < 1000 V/mm). (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
