摘要：

Supply chain management is one of new management ideas for coal enterprises. Coal enterprises, which main task is to explore coal resources, must take active actions to adjust and consummate their inner production pattern and structure, in order to rebuild an efficient and agile production system. In this paper, we firstly analyze Basic relation analysis of Coal business enterprise supply chain management and then we set up a model for optimization of the SCM in coal business enterprise.
