摘要：
From the pressure and trends of reality in China, it is imperative to promote college and university students' innovative undertaking education. The innovative undertaking education is an extension of the quality-oriented education. Also, it is an adjustment of social and economic structure. Problems like unclear training targets, severe utilitarian orientation, lack of teachers, imperfect course system and single teaching methods are existed in the innovative undertaking education of university students in China. Based on the reference and the successful experience of developed countries on the innovative undertaking education, this paper comes up with the ways to reform the innovative undertaking education mode in China.
