摘要：

The labor forces from countryside with high technical skills are urgently needed on the turning point of the development of Chinese economy. The present situation and existing problems of the labor forces from countryside are discussed in this paper. With emphasis on the importance of improving the education of the population in the countryside, some suggestions are put forward, which are significant in elevating the quality of the labor forces from countryside and developing transition economy.
