摘要
Energy efficiency building should ensure user health and comfort and reduce harm to environment while consuming as little energy as possible. Excellent project design could permits sustainable building from the beginning. Furthermore, building simulations techniques have gradually moved toward practice from theory in China. A sustainable building was analyzed, local climate, building orientation and measures were considered to save energy. By comparing the original design and the improved project, the necessity of using simulations to evaluate buildings was indicated.
