摘要
We demonstrate all-silicon IQ modulator based single-carrier transmission for 400G and beyond. Jointly optimizing digital and optical pre-compensation filters has enabled 720 Gb/s 32QAM over 160 km standard single mode fiber (SSMF) and EDFA link.
