摘要：
The 21st century is referred to as a century of degenerative diseases, particularly neurodegeneration. Alzheimer's disease (AD), as the most common form of dementia, accounts for as many as 75% of cases, and represents a serious public health issue. Since AD is a multifactorial disease of unknown etiology, it is essential to focus on possible risk factors and their prevention. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of different ways of preventing AD. Knowing the preventive measures may aid in controlling the development and progression of AD.
