摘要
This paper provides an overview of our research efforts aimed at improving the room and high temperature mechanical properties of an orthorhombic Ti2AlNb-based Ti-22Al-27Nb intermetallic alloy by the microstructural and compositional modifications, and the dispersion of fine TiB particulates. Challenges in each of the activities is highlighted and discussed.
