摘要
Due to the role of metamaterial manipulating the transimission characteristics of electromagnetic wave and the feature of microfluidics analyzing small quantity of liquid sample quickly, we have designed a Terahertz sensing structure, which has a high Q value and ultra-high sensitivity.
