摘要
Hybrid hetero-structure of ferromagnetic and ferroelectric materials provides a platform to make a multifunctional device with improved functionality. Epitaxial thin film of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 was grown on ferroelectric BaTiO3 (001) substrate by pulse laser deposition. Here we report that the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 were highly influenced by the strain induced by the successive low temperature structural phase transition of ferroelectric BaTiO3.
