THE ATTRACTION OF LOCAL COMMUNITY - ESSENTIAL DEMAND DURING THE HYBRID WARFARE

The increasing number of attacks in the mission theatre in Afghanistan points to the fact that this time the situation there does not present any positive aspects in terms of the rapport between the forces of the international coalition and the local communities. Similar to Iraq, people has initially perceived sympathetically the entrance of foreign military forces and the removing of the Taliban regime from power. The precise identification of the opponent is the first step one needs to achieve in order to attract the local community, fact which will certainly help to avoid the exacerbated aggression and the violence mainly affecting innocent people.
