摘要
Recent results of a Brillouin scattering study on isotopically exchanged SrTi((O1-xOx)-O-18-O-16) are presented. Here we focus on the influence of isotopic substitution on the broad doublet in SrTi((O1-xOx)-O-18-O-16) and its behavior near the ferroelectric phase transition. Temperature dependence of the broad doublet is examined and compared with the results obtained for unsubstituted (SrTiO3)-O-16 crystal. The results are discussed in connection with the second-sound interpretation of the doublet origin.
