摘要：

We report a case of a chorioangioma of the placenta which was associated with elevated maternal serum HCG in the second trimester, severe early polyhydramnios and premature delivery. Chorioangioma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of an elevated HCG observed as part of the triple test. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
