摘要
Differential scanning calorimetry was used to study enthalpy relaxation kinetics of the GeTe4 infrared chalcogenide glass. The relaxation behavior was described in terms of the phenomenological Tool-Narayanaswamy-Moynihan (TNM) and Adam-Gibbs-Scherer (AGS) models. The direct curve-fitting procedure was found to provide the most accurate results under the assumption that high-quality DSC data are obtained and the correct pre-fitting treatment is applied. The recently developed novel evaluation of Delta h* from CR cycles and the improved simulation-comparative methodology were then found to provide the best results out of the tested non-fitting methods.
