摘要:
The application of energy-saving technologies in green building can maximally save resources and protect the environment. The major functions of green building rely on some key saving energy technologies using in building and its' cost are higher than ordinary buildings. Using the methods of value engineering, statistical analysis of green buildings' cost in the area of southern Yangtze River shows we can realize green buildings' value improvement in the functions of environment, energy-saving and comfort through increasing the building cost. It is important that improve the value of green building by cost control.
