摘要：
We discuss the necessary about the signal integrity analysis and introduce the technology specification of IBIS model, the definition of signal integrity analysis in detail. The reasons of reflection and crosstalk are presented. Several methods about weakening and eliminating reflection and crosstalk using EMC-WorkBench of INCASES corporation, Hyperlynx of PADS corporation and ICX of MENTOR corporation are recommended.
