摘要
Forecasts of economic development in early 2010 claimed that unemployment increases this year. Recent statistics of Ustredie prace, socialnych veci a rodiny Slovenskej republiky on 30 11. 2010 showed that the registered unemployment rate reached 12.22%. it has decreased by 0.18 pp. This suggests that after two years employment began to increase, albeit modest. The demand for labor increases while also increase requirements on the workforce. Businesses need a stable base of employees, which they can build on not only now but well into the future. Given these social changes are growing demands for labor flexibility, for the completion and acquisition of new knowledge of employees. The trend is to use modern methods of training employees.
