摘要
Intra-abdominal pseudocyst is a relatively rare, but well recognized complication following ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery. Formation of the cyst within the abdominal wall is extremely rare; only several published reports describe the clinical and radiological details. Chief complaints of an abdominal wall pseudocyst include acute or subacute headache, abdominal distension and pain. No previous reports have described the asymptomatic case. This is the first report presenting a case with an insidious abdominal wall pseudocyst discovered incidentally and its representative imaging findings.
