摘要
A minor pregnant patient may raise both socio-economic and psychological problems. When healthcare is provided to a person in this category, there are certain conditions to work within the limits of the law. The present paper presents some situations encountered in medical practice in several medical units in Romania and the methods of solving the cases related to the legal liability of the medical staff.
