摘要
Restoring a power transmission system after a complete blackout is very crucial. A parallel restoration is an efficient approach that can be planned out to recover the grid quickly. This approach is initiated with a network partitioning which is a challenge within the restoration process. The most desired outcome is to find the best-interconnected lines while minimizing the restoration time and maximizing the supplied power. Having a large-scale grid would make this process much harder to handle. In this study, the power system restoration is done through a multi-objective optimization model, while a network simplification is applied prior to the restoration planning. This method reduces the computational complexity of the solution for the large transmission grids. The performance of the proposed approach is analyzed by IEEE 14-, 39-, and 118-bus test systems.
