摘要
A number of studies have reported on the activation energies of skin permeability. In this article, I summarize the literature data on activation energies and analyze their dependence on solute molecular properties, namely radius and lipophilicity. Theoretical equations are also presented to facilitate interpretation of the dependence of activation energy on molecular properties of the solute. (c) 2006 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
