Credit business is an important part of Commercial banking, especially in China. Credit business performance and credit risk management are closely linked. Currently, the level of risk management in China is very low,which mainly manifested in the ambiguity of the individual who is responsible, the lack of real independent credit risk management institutions and the lack of scientific approach of credit risk management. With the analysis of non-performing loan ratio and discriminatory analysis based on personal mortgage information, this article studies the actual credit risk management performance of commercial banks in China. The results show that the existing risk management methods cannot effectively estimate the credit risk or price a loan. Therefore, it is urgent to introduce modern credit risk management systems into China.
